Whole Roasted Cauliflower

This cauliflower is so satisfying - rubbed with spices and slow roasted until it is perfectly tender. Serve with hummus and pita for a main meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sumac

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Mix together the oil and spices and rub all over the cauliflower.

  3. Roasted for 45 minutes until tender.

Takes 50 minutes
