Whole Roasted Cauliflower
This cauliflower is so satisfying - rubbed with spices and slow roasted until it is perfectly tender. Serve with hummus and pita for a main meal.
Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon sumac
Instructions
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix together the oil and spices and rub all over the cauliflower.
Roasted for 45 minutes until tender.
Takes 50 minutes
Serves 4
