Rosemary Parmesan Fries

Potatoes baked in the oven until crisp and tossed with lots of rosemary and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes cut into matchsticks

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Rinse cut potatoes in cold water then toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper

  3. Put on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes until crispy.

  4. Toss with cheese and rosemary

Takes 40 minutes

Serves 4-6
