Rosemary Parmesan Fries
Potatoes baked in the oven until crisp and tossed with lots of rosemary and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
2 russet potatoes cut into matchsticks
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Rinse cut potatoes in cold water then toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Put on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes until crispy.
Toss with cheese and rosemary
Takes 40 minutes
