Cheesy Garlic Dippers

These cheesy, garlicky bread sticks dipped in marinara are an absolute favorite. They are a treat for dinner and also are a great snack to serve at a party.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pizza dough (homemade or store bought)

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, grated

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup tomato sauce (homemade or store bought)

Instructions

  1. About 30 minutes before cooking, spread pizza dough on greased sheet pan (like really grease that baby) and poke with a fork.

  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  3. In a small pot, melt butter over medium-low heat and add garlic, salt, pepper and thyme. Cook for about 5 minutes

  4. Spread butter over dough, then top with the parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Meanwhile heat tomato sauce over low heat.

  7. Cut the cheese bread into strips and dip in the sauce.
