Bruschetta Flatbread
This is so delicious! Fresh tomatoes, garlic and basil over a crisp flatbread and creamy burrata.
Ingredients
1/2 ball of pizza dough (you can either double the recipe or use the other half for some Cheesy Garlic Dippers)
4 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 cup basil, chopped
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 ball of burrata
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
30 minutes before baking roll the dough out and place on a liberally greased baking sheet and poke all over with a fork.
In a bowl mix together the tomatoes, garlic, basil and drizzle with enough olive oil to coat, add the balsamic vinegar and salt.
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Drizzle the dough with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and bake for 15 minutes.
Top the flatbread with the tomato mixture and burrata. Enjoy!
