Baked Wedges

Potatoes tossed with paprika, garlic powder, and cumin and roasted for 20 minutes.  Nothing gets much easier than that!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Yukon gold potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss with olive oil and seasonings

  3. Place in a single layer on a sheet pan

  4. Bake 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through

Takes 20 minutes

Serves 2-4
