Sautéed Kale

This simple tasty kale is sautéed with garlic and apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, chopped

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 cup chicken stock

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes then remove the garlic.

  2. Add the kale, stock and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Saute for about 5 minutes until tender, but still green.

Takes 10 minutes
