Red Miso Chicken Skewers

I love using miso to add instant flavor. These chicken skewers are deliciously marinated with red miso, soy sauce, and sesame oil then grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons red miso

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • Rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to high heat

  2. Mix the red miso, soy sauce and oil together. Add the chicken pieces to a large bowl and mix with the miso mixture to coat well.

  3. Put the chicken pieces on skewers then grill for about 7 minutes per side until cooked through.

  4. Serve over rice and enjoy
