Garlic Pepperoni Pizza with Hot Honey

This is an easy homemade pizza which doubles as a family activity. Garlic butter, simple tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni topped with hot honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball, cut in 2 (homemade or store bought).

  • 1 cup simple tomato sauce (or store bought pizza sauce)

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup pepperoni

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon siracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees

  2. Oil two 8 inch pie pans pans then spread dough in pan and let rest for about 5 minutes

  3. Top dough with 1 tablespoon garlic butter, 1/2 cup sauce, 1 cup cheese and pepperonis as desired.

  4. Bake for about 30 minutes until the golden and delicious.

  5. While the pizza cooks, mix 1/4 cup honey with 1 tablespoon siracha.

  6. Top with more garlic butter or siracha honey and enjoy.
