Garlic Pepperoni Pizza with Hot Honey
This is an easy homemade pizza which doubles as a family activity. Garlic butter, simple tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni topped with hot honey.
Ingredients
1 pizza dough ball, cut in 2 (homemade or store bought).
1 cup simple tomato sauce (or store bought pizza sauce)
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup pepperoni
1/2 stick butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon siracha
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Oil two 8 inch pie pans pans then spread dough in pan and let rest for about 5 minutes
Top dough with 1 tablespoon garlic butter, 1/2 cup sauce, 1 cup cheese and pepperonis as desired.
Bake for about 30 minutes until the golden and delicious.
While the pizza cooks, mix 1/4 cup honey with 1 tablespoon siracha.
Top with more garlic butter or siracha honey and enjoy.
