Crispy Lemon Chicken

This is a super delicious, not boring, chicken. Deboned chicken thighs are cooked in butter and lemon until the skin is super crispy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bone in skin on chicken thighs, deboned

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet.

  2. Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.

  3. Add the chicken skin side down and add slices of lemon.

  4. Cook the chicken for about 12 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook on the other side for about 3 minutes until cooked through.

Takes 20 minutes
