Calabrian Chili Grilled Shrimp

These shrimp are marinated in calabrian chiles, garlic, parsley and lemon and grilled to perfection. Great served over pasta or just on their own.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/4 cup calabrian chiles

  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, grated

  • 1 lemon, zested and wedged

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the parsley, chiles, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss with the shrimp. Marinade for 15 minutes (or as long as you have time for).

  2. Heat grill to high. Grill the shrimp for a few minutes per side until cooked through.

Takes 25 minutes
