Baked Chicken Tenders

These simply oven baked chicken tenders have a great crunchy coating from cornflakes. You can mix these up a million ways with different sauces and dips.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mix cornflakes with garlic powder, salt and pepper

  3. Toss the chicken in buttermilk then coat with cornflake mixture.

  4. Place on sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

Takes 20 minutes
