Thai Basil Chicken

This is a fast, spicy and delicious meal. Ground chicken cooked with lots of garlic and peppers and topped with a ton of thai basil. So good!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 2 serrano chiles

  • 4 gloves garlic

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

  • 2 cups thai basil

  • 1 cup rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

  2. Mince the garlic, peppers and onions together and add to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender. Add the ground chicken and cook until crisp.

  3. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice. Cook for 2 mintues.

  4. Stir in the thai basil and serve over rice with more peppers if desired.
