Thai Basil Chicken
This is a fast, spicy and delicious meal. Ground chicken cooked with lots of garlic and peppers and topped with a ton of thai basil. So good!
Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
2 serrano chiles
4 gloves garlic
1 onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cups thai basil
1 cup rice, cooked
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Mince the garlic, peppers and onions together and add to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender. Add the ground chicken and cook until crisp.
Add the soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice. Cook for 2 mintues.
Stir in the thai basil and serve over rice with more peppers if desired.
Takes 15 minutes
