Garlic Soy Steak and Mushroom Skewers
These grilled steak and mushroom skewers are a quick and flavorful dinner witha killer marinade of soy, garlic, and brown sugar.
Ingredients
2 boneless ribeyes, cut into bite sized pieces
8 ounces button mushrooms
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, grated
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup rice, cooked
Instructions
Heat grill to high
In a large bowl mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar and olive oil. Add the steak and mushrooms and marinade for at least 15 minutes.
Skewer the steak and mushrooms and place on the grill for 6 minutes per side until the steak is medium rare and the mushrooms are tender.
Serve over rice and top with cilantro.
