Seared Salmon with Gremolata

Searing salmon is so easy and make the salmon crisp on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside. This is topped with a quick flavorful gremolata.

Ingredients

  • 4 6 ounce salmon filets

  • 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 lemon, zested

  • 1 garlic clove, grated

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon generously with salt and pepper.

  2. In a small bowl mix the parsley, garlic, and lemon zest together.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet to medium high.

  4. Add the salmon and cook for 5 minutes per side until crisp on the outside and just cooked through in the center.

  5. Top with the gremolata and enjoy.
