Lemon Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

These delicious sprouts are roasted with lemons and tossed with parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups brussels sprouts, sliced

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

  2. Put the sprouts and lemon on a sheet pan and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper . Roast for 10 minutes

  3. After roasting top with lots of parmesan

Takes 15 minutes

Serves 2-4
