Ham and Cheese Frittata
This frittata couldn’t be easier - or more delicious. Shredded hash browns are sauteed with ham then baked with eggs and lots of swiss cheese.
Ingredients
8 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded hash browns
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons butter
5 slices deli ham, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Whish the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and cheese together
Melt butter in a oven proof skillet over medium heat. Add the hash browns and ham and sauté for about 5 minutes until the hash browns start to crisp up. Pour the egg mixture over and tilt the pan to make sure the eggs spread evenly.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are set. Slice like a pizza and enjoy.
