Ham and Cheese Frittata

This frittata couldn’t be easier - or more delicious. Shredded hash browns are sauteed with ham then baked with eggs and lots of swiss cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 2 cups shredded hash browns

  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 5 slices deli ham, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Whish the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and cheese together

  3. Melt butter in a oven proof skillet over medium heat. Add the hash browns and ham and sauté for about 5 minutes until the hash browns start to crisp up. Pour the egg mixture over and tilt the pan to make sure the eggs spread evenly.

  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are set. Slice like a pizza and enjoy.
