Ginger Garlic Ribeye

This ribeye is rubbed with ginger and garlic and simply grilled.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless ribeyes

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

  • 2 garlic cloves, grated

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to 500 degrees

  2. Mix the ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and oil together and rub all over the steaks

  3. Grill 6 minutes per side until cooked to medium rare. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing and enjoy.

Takes 25 minutes
