Garlicky Broccolini

This is a simple and satisfying side of broccolini sauteed with garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 2 bunches broccolini

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 tablespoons parmesan

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes until they just start to brown, then remove. Add the red pepper flakes and cook for another minute.

  2. Add the broccolini, toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Partially cover and cook for about 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.

  4. Toss with parmesan and serve
