Garlic Pepper Tenderloin

Garlic and peppercorns give this beef tenderloin fillet amazing flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 6-8 ounce beef tenderloin fillets

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to 500 degrees.

  2. In a mortar and pestle smash the garlic, peppercorn, salt, and olive oil together. Rub the paste all over the beef tenderloins.

  3. Grill the steaks for 6 minutes per side for medium rare (or until cooked to desired temperature).

  4. Once cooked, cover loosely with foil and rest the steak for 10 minutes

Takes 25 minutes
