Crispy Pork Chops
These 10 minute crispy pork chops are a family staple. It is so easy, so good and the kids gobble these up. They are great served with buttered noodles, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.
Ingredients
6-8 boneless thin cut pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then coat in bread crumbs
Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook about 4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through
Serve with lemon
