Crispy Pork Chops

These 10 minute crispy pork chops are a family staple. It is so easy, so good and the kids gobble these up. They are great served with buttered noodles, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 boneless thin cut pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick

  • 2 cups Panko bread crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat

  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then coat in bread crumbs

  3. Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook about 4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through

  4. Serve with lemon
