Blue Cheese Butter Ribeye
The name says it all this ribeye is topped with blue cheese butter - so good!
Ingredients
2 boneless ribeye steaks
4 tablespoons butter, softened
4 tablespoons blue cheese
Salt and pepper
1 large clove of garlic, peeled and cut in half
Instructions
Rub steaks with cut side of garlic clove, then season with salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Oil grates then add steaks and cook for 5 minutes per side until medium rare.
Top with blue cheese butter and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Takes 20 minutes
