Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops

Seriously satisfying thick cut pork chops glazed with balsamic, honey and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 large bone in pork chops

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 500 degrees and season the pork chops with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. In a small pot add the vinegar, honey, and garlic and simmer until reduced by a third.

  3. When the grill is ready, cook the pork chops for 7 minutes. Flip and glaze with the balsamic reduction. Cook for another 7-10 minutes until just cooked through and top with more of the reduction.

  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
