This is my favorite way to have pork tenderloin. It is marinated in a flavor packed mixture of spices, maple syrup, mustard, thyme and orange juice then smoked low and slow. If you don’t have a smoker marinade and grill for an equally delicious option.

This is my favorite way to serve fresh broccoli and cauliflower from the garden (the grocery store will do!) - tossed with olive oil, dijon mustard and shallots and roasted until tender and crisp.
