Sriracha Honey Salmon and Sprouts
This is a tasty quick sheet pan dinner with a flavorful sriracha, honey garlic sauce.
Ingredients
1 pound salmon filet
2 cups brussels sprouts, cut in half
1/4 cup sriracha
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Heat oven 425 degrees.
In a small bowl mix the sriracha, honey, garlic, soy sauce and lime juice.
Place the salmon and sprouts on a parchment lined sheet pan. Spoon half the sauce over the salmon and toss the sprouts in the other half.
Cook for 15 minutes in the oven until the salmon is just cooked through.
Top with cilantro and enjoy!
