Spicy Sticky Chicken

This is a fast, easy and tasty take on chicken. Chicken is coated in hot sauce and grilled then topped with a vinegar honey glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast

  • 1 tablespoon sambal oelek

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon pepper

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to high (450-500 degrees)

  2. Mix olive oil, sambal, salt and 2 teaspoons pepper together. Coat chicken with hot sauce mixture.

  3. Grill the chicken for about 8 minutes per side until cooked through.

  4. While the chicken cooks heat the honey in a small pot until it thickens slightly (about 3 minutes). Add the vinegar and pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Set aside.

  5. When the chicken is cooked coat with the vinegar honey and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Takes 20 minutes
